Milestone Engineering, Inc. was selected by the BNSF Economic Development Group to design and construct security improvements to the BNSF’s Birmingham Auto Facility. The project was located on the Heartland Division on the Birmingham Subdivision, in Birmingham, AL. The project improvements included removal of existing fence, gates, and concrete barriers, furnishing and installation of security fence, privacy slats, placing new concrete barriers and installation of new gates. The Birmingham Automotive Facility is a 55-acre secure site located in the heart of Birmingham, AL.
