The City of Willow Springs, Missouri selected Milestone Engineering, Inc. to perform a Conceptual Study, Environmental Compliance, Design, and Construction Inspection Services for a proposed new road and bridge over the BNSF in Willow Springs. The improvements included a new road, named Davis Drive, in honor of landowner Siah Davis.  The new road connected Business 60 between Tenth Street and Springfield Road.  The alignment for the new road will progress west from Business 60 over the BNSF mainline then turn south to tie into Pine Grove Road.

The project was a partnership with MoDOT, City of Willow Springs, and the BNSF Railway to improve safety and close at-grade public crossings. Construction was completed in late 2018. Pine Grove Road and Farm Road 5900, existing at-grade crossings were permanently closed.
