Milestone Engineering, Inc. was selected to provide Construction Management Services on the Heartland Division, Thayer North Subdivision at MP 339.10 in Thayer, Missouri. The bridge replacement project located in Thayer, Oregon County, Missouri replaces an existing three (3) span bridge on Business 63 / Route 19 over Two-Mile Creek and the BNSF Railway. The old bridge will be replaced in the same location with a four (4) span prestressed concrete girder structure. The portion of the project over BNSF consists of one (1) 95’ span with a minimum vertical clearance of 23’-6” to the top of rail and minimum horizontal clearance of 26’-6” to the to the centerline of the existing track. This bridge is designed to allow future BNSF expansion north (railroad east side) of the existing tracks.
